Celebrated Jiahui's birthday on Thursday (:P but her actual day was on Mon). Nevertheless, we had a great time. Went to Dian Xiao Er at Marina Square. First time there. The place is quite nice and most of the waiters and waitresses are PRC..cant really understand english, haha was wondering if they purposely did that to blend in with the name of the shop.
