Been working with this colleague of mine for the past 3 weeks. Those whom i have chatted on msn would know that i am complaining abt him asking stupid qns...but then i can never predict that under all these stupid qns...his basic accounting knowledge is also a big question mark. Note here that i said basic accounting knowledge. Simple double entries could be extremely confusing for him!! Tell him he is wrong and he still dare to argue with me...another 2 more days and i am done with him. Pls pray i dun loose my temper...
Diving at Hantu
It was a great day to begin with. Hot sun, clear blue sky and calm sea water. We met up at the Republic of Singapore Yatch Club where we took the dive boat to Pulau Hantu. Have been to this Yatch Club once, a few years ago. The club was quite a "posh" place whereby i think it only entertains members? Cos quite a few divers who drove to the club wasnt allowed to park inside the carpark of the Yatch Club. However, Nick (a foreigner with blond hair) and his family drove into the carpark without being stopped or any questions asked! How bias can they be. An "Ang Mo" thats why no question asked? An asian, then suspicious of not a member...hai...
We left the Club at ard 115pm. The dive boat we took this time is much better than the one we took last yr!

We had 2 dives. Each about an hr long. Due to the bad experience last year, we held hands throughout the 2 dives so as to not to loose our buddy. The visibility was quite bad. But this is Hantu we are talking abt, thus its quite expected. The 2 dives proof good training grounds for us to practice our skills like buoyancy control and fin pivoiting. At least now i can now hover at 5-6m whichout much difficulties (i used to shoot up to the surface when i am at that depth and cant seems to stay) and watch how the guys execute the SMB. So next time i believe i would have no problems doing my safety stops :P
After the dives, we went back to Beach road; Makan Place for dinner. They do served great Tom Yam Soup!
After dinner, we followed uncle Sing and Ashar back to BRS. Never have it came across my mind of what would be need to done at the shop after each dive trips...that is of cos to wash all equipments!! Someone got to do it right!! but it proof to be a back breaking job.
Its taking out, washing and hanging, taking out, washing and hanging and on and on and on....
And while waiting for uncle Sing, we got bored.....so..... :P

Guess where i just came back from? Thats right, Office!! First weekend into my peak and i am back in office alr..hai...They are still doing the renovation, thus its very dusty and nosiy. Anyway, before gg back to work, met up with my sec school mates for porridge buffet at suntec. Hee, our main aim of the meet up is to "draw lots" for our christmas presents. We are playing the mortal, angel game, so need to know who we are buying for first. But sad to say, some of them didnt manage to turn up, so we got to helped them to draw.

Total mark the end of my official long holidays (on and off) in year 2007. From tomorrow onwards, i would be thrown back into the busy lifestyle of a tyical auditor. Really dragged going through another peak and am having super duper pre-monday bluez now...dun expect much blogging in the next few months as nothing exciting would be happening to my life except for work, work and nothing but work. Office renovation
My office is undergoing a major renovation starting from today and would last a week. They would go abt doing it in phrases and my unit is the 1st to start with. We will have a completely new layout and sad to say, lesser space than the old setting as they are squeezing another unit into our floor. :( i dunno how we are going work in such tight environment..sigh... Anyway, we booked the meeting room on the 22nd floor for the afternoon and no one has to mood to work at all! In the end, i was surfing net for the whole afternoon! Hee...Was feeling very bored when uncle Sing msn me excited that he is gg diving this weekend!!! Envy!!! Actually Law and i was thinking of gg this weekend too, but now we have just started our Sheng(3) Qian(2) Da(4) Ji(4) Hua(4), so got to skip the trip loh...
Met up with Law in the evening to watch movie, The Game Plan. Its a nice show! Very funny indeed. I used the free movie vouchers that i have (got it from the survey that i have done previously in office). GV is now havign a promotion for its popcorn, for 1 huge tin of popcorns and 1 large drink, it only cost $6 when purchase with the movie tickets. But if you buy it separately, it would cost $10!

And its filled with popcorn. From the pic, you cant really "guage" the size of the tin, but believe me, its huge! Even on am empty stomach, i only manage to finish half of it. GV seems to have this kind of promotion annually. Last yr's tin was blue in colour. Hee..am collecting these tin..wonder what colour would be next :P
