Time really flies. Today marks our 4th anniversary. Almost didnt manage to get my leave as i was on the eAudIT training for the whole week. But becos of today, i purposely arranged all my training to be on mon and tue so that i can still go on leave today. It has been a very tough 2 days.

Didnt plan any activities for today. Just see where Ah dear wanna go. Hee..he surprise me with a bouquet of white roses delivered to my house. Thanks dear! Love it!

Had a relaxing afternoon, just sitting ard for drinks. In the evening, we headed to Bugis village where we collected our jie mei dresses. Then we went to the new shopping center opposite Bugis Junction. Cant remember its name. There is a super long escalator that goes from the 1st floor to its 4th floor.

Both of us have been very stress and busy with work lately. Today was a well spent day, doing nothing but relaxing over drinks at Sky Bar. :D Needed more of such days :P

Sorry for the lack of post lately. Had been super busy with work. As some of you should have heard me grumbling before, i am being "arrowed" to be one of the so call "champion" in my firm to roll out the eAudIT thingy. And am suppose to conduct trainings to train my colleagues on it. So for the past few weeks, have been busy attending training (for the course), then training (to learn how to present and train ppl) and work on projects with regards to the eAudIT. Even need to act in short clips... -_-" all these are done in addition to my normal work... tsk tsk tsk..really cheap labour leh..so my wedding prep..haha has been put on hold. For these coming week, am gg to start our 1st run of training other ppl..am very stress over it..asked me to speak to a small grp of ppl ok..ask me to speak infront of camera ok...but asked me to speak infront of a class!!! hai...stress stress stress stress and more stress...

Looking forward to wednesday as i am on leave on wed and my training modules have been squeezed into 2 days (ie i have to present more in these 2 days then go on leave on wed). So ie after tue, i should be stress free and can enjoy my leave on wed (its our anniversary!!) :D Then i should return to normal next week, and gg back to be stress again during national day week as the week after that (17th aug week), i have another run of training to do...hai...watever..

Busy day

Alot of things happened today. Firstly, i manage to despatch 2 sets of accounts out in the morning. While working on a 3rd set of accounts, Vera came over to tell me that she needed me and Dennis to do some filming for the eAudIT project that we have been working on since May. My first impression was like "What! I am here, rushing my accounts, without enough time on hand and now you still want me to go do some stupid filming..." But she being the manager..so once arrowed, i cant say no right. At least Dennis is gg to be my "co-actor" ..lol.. together with Art (another dept colleague), the 3 of us waited nervously for the camera crew to arrive.

The "scene" took place in the Zen room (which is just beside where the secretaries are sitting). We have altogether 3 scenes to act. It took us almost 2 hrs to finish these 3 scenes! Cos just one "act" has to repeat at least 4 times with the camera man taking from different angles. And there are scenes where we just cant stop laughing! The most excited scen is when Art has to purposely spill the coffee onto the table. We took a lot of precautions to prevent the real files getting soiled by th coffee. Its a 1 take thing. Cannot cut. Art was so pressurized ..lol.. Anyway, we had fun for that 2 hrs. Even thought a bit time consuming, but at least it was able to release some stress that i have been bearing.

Another thing that happened this morning was tat Daphne msg me telling me that she cant be my jiemei for my wedding le cos her granny has passed on yesterday. Gal, its ok and i am sorry to hear about our granny. But at least she is not suffering anymore. Do take care ya. We shall catch up again with the rest and discuss about our Bintan trip. :)

Pukka ice cream

Law and i have been patronizing this ice cream shop called "Pukka" at Clementi. Its behind NUS where the famouse Nasi Lemak store is. The flavour of their ice cream is very rich. Strongly recommend their durian flavour (which is produced out of real durian meat and not just durian flavour) if you are a durian lover. Tried their rum and rasin too, but find their rum too strong. Mango is not bad too, but our all time fav is the durian! They have a website:
