Today marks a big step for me. Y? Cos it's my first time making porridge for Skyler. Bought threadfin fish, carrot n sweet corns yesterday in preparation for the porridge today. I use the slow cooker to cook the porridge n it me 2 hrs to make it mushy!!! Heard from Lynn that she use a type of thermal jar whereby u boil the grain over the stove for 15 mins n transfer it into the thermal jar n after half hr, ta-da, u get porridge! Maybe I should consider getting Tat.My sweet corn cum carrot porridge. Verdict: Skyler loves it! Cried for a 2nd helping :)- Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
