Long long day.....

Today is a super long and slow day. Ah dear went for holiday (to bangkok) without me!!!!!!!!! :~< Now i finally felt how you feel when i was away (or maybe u didnt miss me :P ?)

Anyway, did nothing much today. Wake up ard 10+, surf net, then have lunch while watching VCD. Did my client's tax in the afternoon. I was feeling damn sian and low when Ah dear sms me saying he cant find the shorts that i wan...Alamak, that makes me felt even worse! Gave up in trying to tie the figures in the evening cos its mission impossible.

Today is Jan's wedding (my poly classmate). Its at Quality Hotel and its a vegetarian dinner. While i was preparing, ah dear sms me again saying he found the shorts!!!!! Yippe!!!!!!!!! That lifted my spirit abit. Dinner was a bit boring, as there are only a few familar faces. But i can see that Jan is very happy! But of cos, as its her big day mah. So i would like to take this opportunity to CONGRAS JAN and may you have a blissful and happy marriage!!!

Think everyone is feleing very lousy, having to work late on a friday night and to have dinner at the boring Lau Pa Sat. Thus we decided to have a small feast. The dinner took us an hr!! But its a nice dinner. Good to have some time to release stress, to talk cock, to grumble, to gossip and of cos to FEAST!!

Sorry, it has been a looonnnggg time since i last blog. Have been very busy lately. But anyway, was on my way to work the other day and i notice this fat Ah Moh sitting opposite me in the MRT. He was spreading his legs so wide, he is almost taking up 2 seats. THEN i notice abt his jean. Dunno if its fashion or is it tore...there is a big black patch stitch over his xxx....erm...looks rather stupid..

Welcome 2007

2007 arrived without a bang for me. But at least i did make the effort to leave my office early and spend my countdown at home.

Went to Tung Lok for Tim Sum (yes, again) lunch this afternoon. Its per strong recommendation from my granny. The food is not bad. We had the normal tim sum but here are some recommendations from me :

After that, meet up with Law and we went to watch Death Note 2. The movie is much better than the first!

My 2007 Resolution (which i will try to attain :P):

1) Save up more (as i am a little bit richier each mth from Jan'07 onwards and hopefully i would be even richier each mth in Jul'07),

2) To spend more time with my family,

3) To go for more dive trips,

4) To be more tolerent with my GAs,

5) To drink more water,

6) To complain lesser,

7) Err..will add on if i can think can others.

Goodbye 2006

Its the end of 2006 and how time flies. It has been a great year for me. Some memorable things i have done in 2006:

1) Mar'06 - Sign up for massage package with my mom at Bodywellness. (We shared the package thus each of us has 25 sessions each. Think up to now, i have only been to like 3~4 times :P)

2) Jun - Bought a new digi cam, Nikon S3 together with the Underwater casing

3)End of Jun - early Jul - Went on a 3D 2N KL trip with my colleagues. There were 10 of us and we went up in 2 cars. Had a great time playing, eating, gossipping, bitching, more playing and more eating (haaha, and we didnt even went for much shopping!).

4) Jul - Got promoted to a senior, S4 in my job

5) Jul - Went for my Advance Diving Course.

6) Sep - Celebrated Law's birthday by arranging with The UnderwaterWorld to join the Dive With The Sharks programme.

7) Sep - Went on cruise to Thailand with my family and Law came along too.

8) Oct- Went on company trip to Phuket. Had a great time with my colleagues again.

9) Nov-Dec - Peak period for my job started and most of my time is spent in office or at client's

10) Dec - Have a 2D 1N stayed at Intercontinential Hotel with my poly frens (have yet to blog on this, hee...will find time to do it soon), to celebrate Christmas.

Count down as done at home alone as Law is working overnight due to the Sentosa Siliso beach countdown party.

I am going to be an aunt soon. Actually my sis has been pregnant for quite some time already (approx 14 weeks).

Sweet sweet Law

Law can be very sweet sometimes. Knowing i have been working late recently, he came to fetch me home quite often. He came to fetch me out for dinner the other day, knowing that i was stuck at Liang Court and its raining heavily then. We went to the market at Zion Road. I ate the prawn noodle there and woah i must give them 10 thumbs up!! Its damn powerful! Really, u guys should go there and try. They prawns are super big in size (tiger prawns)? And the soup is very nice and thick, unlike some stores where the soup is tasteless.

Yummy!! But after that, its back to work again.

When for chinese style christmas lunch at Dragon Gate today. Its sort of a belated birthday celebration for me and my mom (yes, we are both sagittarius).

The food there is not bad. After the heavy lunch, me went back to work..not very productive actually cos its christmas (no mood) plus just finished the heavy lunch, thus feel like sleeping..lol

At night, law and his primary school frens came to pick me up and we went to Macpherson for dinner. His bunch of frens are damn close! Really got a lot of "rubbish" to talk about :P haha actually envy them, cos after so many years, they are still very close.

Pre Christmas celebration

Its seems like it has became a tradition for us (my sec school frens) to gather near christmas to have a feast and to exchange presents. Remember last yr's gathering was quick last min and everywhere were full. We ended up gg to Cafe Cartel, sitting outside the cafe (temporary setted up tables)!! So malu...So this yr, we prepared earlier and went to 鲜 得 来 for dinner. Its a buffet steamboat and its delicious!!

Diving at Pulau Hantu

Today i finally went to Pulau Hanti to dive. Its my virgin dive in local waters!! Had prepared for the worst as visibility is quite bad in Singapore and whats more, it has been raining since morning. Cant find my new weight belt (the pink one!), thus called Asha and asked him to bring for me...

There are 9 divers today and i am the only gal! Haha..seems like guys are more into this??

The dives are not as bad as i thought it would be. At least we did see Sting Ray, some fishes, swimming sea slug and gaint sea uchin. But there is a little hippcup during the first dive..that is, i lost my buddy! One second he was there and the next he was gone!! I started to panic, cos in such water, its not "fun" to loose ur buddy. As we were diving with Kaz (our dive master), he and i re-track our way, hoping to "see" law...but after a min or two of seeing nothing (not even fishes), we decided to surface up...luckily saw law on the boat!! Gave me such a scare! He couldnt stay down (in the water) cos he didnt carry enough weighs and thus kept floating up...dear, next time believe what i tell you ok...when i say u need 6 pcs of weighs mean 6 pcs, dun argue with me :P

The second dive was better. This time i cling on to him, making sure we dun loose each other again. But think i hold on to the wrong thing, cos after when we surface up, he said i kept pulling at his regulator (the mouth piece which provides u with the air)..opps...sorry!

As visibility was not good, thus didnt bring my cam down and so no underwater pcs. But after today, i can proudly say," I dive in local waters before!!"

13th DeCemBeR

By the stroke of midnight, i am yet another year older. Decided to take last min leave to give myself a break and to enjoy myself. But the sad thing is, i still need to bring work back home to do....lol...anyway, met up with Law in the afternoon. He bought me a bouquet of flowers! Daisy, my favourite! We went to Orchard to do a little bit of shopping as i still have outstanding christmas gifts to buy.

Dinner was at Intercontinental Hotel, Olive Tree Restuarant. The food there was nothing to shout about, but their desserts are quite nice. Law got me a Chocolate Moss cake too :)

After dinner, we went to watch movie, After This Our Exile, 父 子by Aaron Kwok. According to Law, its a award winning show. Hmm...find the movie ok only..a bit draggy and long..its about 2hrs.

Its a great bday celebrated (even though its so last min) :) Thanks dear!
