Stylewedding cruise - 19/11/08 - 22/11/08

Day 1

Law came to pick me up after which we headed to his bro office who took over the car and drop us off at Harbour Front. We went to Seah Inn Hawker to have lunch and of cos i have my fav food which is their YUMMY Loh Mee!!! During the checkin, we were given a stylewedding sticker each to identify ourselves and we checked in at ard 3.30pm.

After the check in, we however are not allowed to go to our cabin first as they need to take group photos and to be interviewed. We were being urshered into the Four Season Restaurant to wait for more instructions. Haa..really felt like VIPs/movie stars when we move in a group with the camera crews with us and the others looking at us. We went up to deck 6 for the group pic and me and Law together with Candice, Michael and Michell, Calvin were singled out to do interviews with the reporter. We took turns and me and Law was the first couple to be interviewed! We were so nervous as this is gg to be aired on TV! We took 3 rounds of interviews, only after which the reporter was satisfied with my speaking..haha. The 1st time was in mandrian, then i suspect she is not very satisfied with the way i said it, so she asked me to repeat again in english (which i think i spoke more fluently), then she asked me to repeat what i just said in mandrian again! Duhz...so u can see from the clip that the way i speak is a bit staggered, cos i am trying to remember what i just said in English and trying to translate that into mandrian and repeat again...faint..

After the interview, we were being asked to go up to deck 9 to act as extras for them to film..haha remind me of my younger days..but we get paid then :P

Its after all these were we allowed to go to our cabin. We were given the Oceanstate Room which comes with a window. Stylewedding is real generous on giving us that cabin type! Thanks guys!

Our 6 pillows affair :P - we didnt know that there are alr 2 extra pillows in the cabin, so we requested for another 2. Thus in end there are 6 pillows! We also managed to push the beds together so that its not that cramp.

Today's dinner is BBQ theme. We even got an area just for ourselves..really like VIP leh :P

After dinner, we headed for the stylewedding workshop which was conducted at Galaxy of stars and it started at 730pm. They conducted a couple of games and went on for the Ultimate Couple challenge. The final winner is actually the couple who was also 1 of the top 5 for My Chocolate Mousse Contest!! Happy for them indeed! :D During the workshop, My Dream Wedding and Soo Kee Jewellery took turns to do their presentation to let us know more of their product and packages. There was also makeup demonstration and tips.

Haa..we didnt win the game but its was fun. They gave us consolation prize; a stylewedding luggage tag. Angela and Samuel were being pulled up to play the 2nd game; Action game and the won!

Styelwedding Day 2

Day 2 - 20/11/08

Did nothing much today. The ship docked at KL but as it cost us S$25/pax for transport to Midvalley and the trip was only for half a day, minus-ing the travelling part of over 1 hr journey just to get there, we decided to give it a miss. Woke up early just for the sake of breakfast..haha after that we went to explore the vessel (as its our 1st time on superstar libra) and went up to deck for some photo taking...then its back to cabin to sleep!! :P Seriously this trip we did a lot of eating and sleeping :P

Lunch was at Four Season. Loved their smoked salmon...erm.. and thats the only thing i liked for that lunch menue..the rest erm..

Actually we wanted to go for the basic ballroom dance class conducted at Galaxy of Star.. but as we woke up late for lunch, in the end, ended lunch late and was late for the class. By the time we were there, they have alr gone thru half the steps.. so in the end, we just stayed for a while and went back to our cabin to get ready for swimming. We requested 2 bath robes and headed up to deck 9.

While in the pool....i felt...due to someone...*roll eyes*..and its damn painful!! There are cuts and bruises... poor me.. sob sob.. after the swim, we went back to our cabin and started working..yeah.. working when we were on cruise trip..just imagine how fun that could be.. Law need some help in doing his outlet's P & L, thus we even brought a laptop on board. After that its followed by dinner and performance at Star Dust Lounge. Then its back to the cabin for more sleep :P

Styelwedding Day 3

Day 3 - 21/11/08

Today we woke up real early at 630am for breakfast (its even earlier than when i need to work..duhz..). We have reached Penang and are gg on shore for half a day to visit G Hotel, one of the sponsor for this cruise trip.

We need to take a small transfer boat to the jetty, thus need to queue up.

G Hotel is a hip hotel with very modern designs. Simply loved their hotel lobby. The hotel has arranged for a mini wedding show for us. They prepared red carpets with rose petals, decorated their ballroom, setting up tables, providing us with refreshments. The GM then conducted a talk and told us abt the hotel and wedding coordinators followed on to tell us abt their wedding packages. Its then followed by a hotel tour where we went to visit their pool area which can be used for solemnisation, then to 2 of their bridal suites.

After the hotel tour, we went for a free shoulder and neck massage, after which we headed to the shopping center beside the hotel for a quick walk around. By 2pm we were back onboard Superstar Libra already. Had lunch at Ocean Palace and its back to the room to do something which we most loved..haha thats to sleep!! Was feeling damn tired afterall we woke up so early this morning :P

Ya dinner is at Ocean Palace again...okok we declared that we love this restaurant, minus their breakfast.

While waiting for the food, Law was bored and started fidgeting with our access card. Then suddenly he exclaimed and show me this:

I was like : what?? Then a close up...

Hiding some letters from my name, it actually became my surname and his... so he said its fated... lol... So my parents has the ability to tell the future? haha

We are suppose to meet at the disco at night for group gathering, But when we reached there, there are only of a few of them, gathering in diff grps. Nothing much to do and the music was disappointing. Not wanting to spend money on drinks :P we left early and retired to our comforty bed :P
